Processing of personal data provided in the “Send Us Your Resume” form

By submitting the “Send Us Your Resume” form, you have consented to our company processing the personal data you provided in the form and in the attached resume for the purpose of maintaining a database of applicants in connection with the job position offered at our company. Your personal data will therefore be processed on the basis of consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

You have granted this consent for a period of 6 months from the end of the selection process for the position you applied for, and you may revoke it at any time.

Processing of Personal Data on the Lost and Found Form

 

By submitting the “Lost and Found” form, you have consented to our company processing your personal data for the purpose of handling your request to locate a lost item. Your personal data will therefore be processed on the basis of consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

You have granted this consent for a period of 2 months and may revoke it at any time.

Your personal data may be transferred to the ARRIVA group company in the Czech Republic where the item you are looking for is located.

You may request information regarding whether your personal data is being processed and access to your personal data.

You may request the erasure of your personal data, and we are obligated to do so without undue delay. However, we may refuse your request for erasure on legal grounds, specifically if we need the personal data to fulfill a contract, or if we are required to retain it by legal obligations or the legitimate interests of the controller.

You may request the correction or completion of your personal data.

Right to restriction of processing

You may request that the controller cease processing your personal data.

You may request your personal data in a format suitable for further automated processing.

Right to Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

Right to File a Complaint

You have the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
